Hi team,
Trying this out for the first time. Results suggest to me a need for more SUSTAINED PD with topics coming from teachers rather than top down, increased opportunities for networking & collaboration among staff and an analysis of reward system. Regarding this last topic, Catalina sent us an interesting article from Mindtools, "How rewarding are you?" which gave me further food for thought.
